This makes making the final decision hard because you will always be afraid that you missed out on something much better by choosing one place over another.

On the other hand, there are people who hate cold and wet weather which is why they move to Texas. So, find out which are the things that suit your needs and write them down. This is going to narrow down your options. For example:
